Neoton Description
Neoton is a medication of phosphocreatine solution (Alfa Schiapparelli Wassermann). If you want to increase the efficiency of restoring energy resources of the myocardium, you will require medication containing high-energy compounds: phosphocreatine (PK). Neoton is available in vials containing 1000 mg of FA and is used intravenously.
Use of Neoton in sports in order to:
- Prevent cardiac insufficiency during high physical exertion;
- Normalize blood flow;
- Provide a positive effect on oxidation processes;
- Interfere with disorders of the central nervous system;
- Increase endurance;
- Improve metabolism.
Dosage and Use
In the conditions of sports activity, Neoton is often used intravenously by dripping a few days before competitions at the predominant development of endurance, in the form of a daily dosage of 2-4 g (morning or evening) and a course dosage of 15-24 g.
There are no data on use in conditions of intense muscular activity of various energetic orientation. Thus, scientifically substantiated data on the degree of its influence on the results of exercises of different energy orientation, effective dosages, timing of use, etc., have not been provided yet.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the medication. There are no data on the safety and efficacy of using Neoton during pregnancy and lactation.
Side Effects
If the medication is taken in the recommended dosage, there are no side effects.
The medication should be used as soon as possible after the onset of signs of ischemia providing a more favorable prognosis of the disease. Neoton is not used for emergency correction of heart disorders.
Overdosage
Currently, no cases of Neoton overdosage have been registered.

If it is used as part of complex therapy, Neoton increases the effectiveness of antiarrhythmic, antianginal medications, as well as medications providing a positive effect on the inotropic function of the myocardium.
Storage Conditions
